J&J Recruitment was founded by Peter Johnson, the former Managing Director of one of Kent's largest recruitment companies. Our first branch was opened in Herne Bay in June 2006, concentrating on the transport and Industrial sectors. After initial success, the company soon established that there was a gap in the market for a catering sector. Within a short period of time the company had engaged a silver service trainer and were a major force in this market, supplying clients across the South East. Peter was soon joined by former members of staff from his previous agency and other experienced consultants who wanted the opportunity to join an exciting and expanding company.

Due to the success of the Herne Bay branch, J&J Recruitment made the decision to open a further office in Folkestone. Within a few months, the Folkestone branch proved to be successful in the industrial and transport sectors, and expanded into the catering and commercial markets.

Our continuing success has ensured that we have gained sole agency and preferred supplier contracts with prestigious clients and local authorities across the South East.
